FOUNDING FATHERS FALL AGAIN

IWC’s very first “Night of Superstars” in Meadville took our longstanding “Night of Legends” concept and brought it to a new level. A massive crowd was treated to a fun star-filled Q&A, personal meet & greet and the best wrestling action in the state today in the first of what is sure to be many more installments of this invigorating new concept.

IWC Champion “Big League” John McChesney, weeks away from a major defense at Winner Takes All, thought he could take the easy way out of his title defense tonight against Carlito, choosing to voluntarily leave ringside, taking a cheap count-out loss without losing the title. However, this incident brought Special Guest Host Mick Foley to the ring, who was not only angry about McChesney ripping off Carlito & the fans… but he also had the power to do something about it. Foley signed a special six-man tag main event for later that evening… McChesney and Founding Fathers co-horts Jimmy Vega$ & Super Hentai facing Carlito and the two best wrestlers in northwest Pennsylvania – Erie’s “Omega” Aaron Draven & Titusville’s Rocky Reynolds! Furthermore, Foley named himself Special Ringside Enforcer and did not rule out the possibilities of getting “physically involved” if the situation warranted it. With six warriors battling in a ring littered with various bodily fluids, the referee was knocked down in the fracas. An oblivious McChesney had Omega pinned, but it was Foley who explained to the IWC Champion that there was no one to count. John tried to “Big League” Foley and intimidate the Hardcore Legend. Foley did not respond kindly, introducing McChesney to his old friend “Mr. Socko”. McChesney then stumbled into a Backstabber from Carlito, leading to a pinfall and a huge victory for Carlito & the hometown heroes!

What many called the dream match of the evening took places as Shiima Xion & Chavo Guerrero took one another to the limit in the most evenly matched contest of the evening. After 15 minutes of battle, Chavo was able to edge out a win over Shiima with the Frog Splash in tribute to his uncle Eddie Guerrero. In a moment of class and sportsmanship, Chavo shook hands with Shiima afterward and had kind words for Shiima, the Meadville fans, and the IWC organization as a whole, proving to be a class act and possess the heart and passion famous throughout the Guerrero wrestling family.

TNA Impact Wrestling Knockouts Champion & 1/2 of the Knockouts Tag Team Champions Gail Kim scored a tainted win over Traci Brooks. Since her TNA return, Gail has been at the side of Knockouts VP Karen Jarrett, who has demeaned and belittled Traci Brooks since the moment she was appointed to the position. Traci was well on her way to extracting revenge with a victory, but Gail Kim used the ropes in a major way for illegal leverage, which referee Sara Feeney did not detect, leading to the Knockouts champ emerging on top and no doubt making Karen very pleased.

“Party Peacock” Dalton Castle also found a friend in the ring rope to score what many would call an upset win over former IWC Champion & Super Indy Champion “Boom Boom” Colt Cabana. Dalton has bounced back from his one and only loss in IWC history and seems poised to continue to ascend to greater heights, as a victory over an athlete the caliber of Colt Cabana is a big-time statement.

The Gambino Brothers, now free to return in a Bubba-free IWC, stated their intentions of re-gaining the IWC Tag Team Titles for a record sixth time, officially qualifying for the 4-team Tag Title Match set for “Winner Takes All”. Mickey & Marshall defeated the debuting team of Chest Flexor & John Kermon, as it is apparent Flexor attempted to use his still-dubious IWC ownership to insert himself forcibly into the championship scene, but to no avail. “Nice Guy” Mickey & Marshall “The Bull” join Bobby Beverly & Nicki Valentino, The Founding Fathers team of Jimmy Vega$ & Super Hentai, and a yet-to-be-named-via-invitation fourth team to crown brand new IWC Tag Champs on December 10!

Arguably the show-stealer of the night was the high-octane four way battle that saw “One Man Militia”, fresh off of his stint in corporate wrestling after realizing it wasn’t for him, scoring a major win over “The Frontman” Logan Shulo, Michael “The Bomber” Facade and newcomer Aiden Veil. Facade & Shulo were both in search of momentum leading into their four-way Super Indy Title Ladder Match at Winner Takes All also involving Hallowicked and M-Dogg 20 Matt Cross, however their obsession with one another created the opening Matthew Justice needed, pinning Aiden as Facade had Logan trapped in the “Dreadlock”. Matthew Justice has positioned himself as a major Super Indy contender leading into 2012 but who will be the next champion for Matt to challenge?

Blue Collar Slaughterhouse, Matt Sagaris & Bronco McBride avenged their loss in Clearfield to fellow upstart team of Tyler Stone & David R. DiMera, evening the series 1-1 with a major tag team victory. Could BCSH be major tag team players into 2012?

Also, in a special pre-show bonus attraction “Big Time” Bill Collier scored a victory over young “VIP” Joe Rosa.

All roads now lead to huge nights concerning every single IWC Title. We are guaranteed at least two new champions crowned on a night where it will be “Winner Takes All”!
